$200 security deposit (refundable on inspection of the unit after your departure)
All WA state taxes (8.5%) will be added to the rental rates.
$80 cleaning fee per stay.
Please note: There is no daily housecleaning service. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the unit, including on the balconies.
Reservations
If you are interested in booking a reservation, you must be of legal age in the state or province of residence.

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required to book a reservation. This deposit is fully refundable until 30 days before your reservation date, should you decide to cancel.
One-half of the deposit will be retained if you cancel your reservation less than thirty days before your scheduled arrival date.
After checkout, your security deposit will be refunded if there is no loss or damage or need for above-and-beyond cleaning services.
Methods of Payment
From Canadian residents, payment in Canadian funds at par is accepted. Cheques must be drawn from a Canadian bank.
International Money Orders from the United States Postal Service in US funds are accepted.
Or, pay securely online using PayPal, and use your credit card or bank account without exposing your financial information.
Full payment amount is due 14 days before your arrival. Your reservation will be canceled if the owner has not received full payment 14 days before your arrival date.
